The topics covered in this session are:
- Jen just got back from the Mastermind event she attended in Phoenix, AZ and shared a few her experiences in there. As David learned from his mentor, there are 3 types of people in business: A (knows everything), B (in the middle) and C (beginner). “We’re always a person B, looking for that A person whom we can get much information/tactics and learn from”
- David and Jen addressed the questions posted by fellow Insiders members via Facebook page, most notably Jean Eaton’s post about her newly launched website.
- Brian Basilico, a fellow Insider who is an expert on podcasts and online marketing, got the chance to talk and share his feedback on Jean’s newest podcast website. The rest from the group gave great insights too, on some areas of opportunities and Jean gladly acknowledged everything.
- Jen touched on tagging and briefly demonstrated an example of how she is doing it on her campaigns. Naming conventions has to be systematic and people inside and outside your organization should be able to understand it clearly.
- Developing content for a marketing purpose. Tunneling concept – the closer you get, the more that tunnel gets narrow, the more focused on you getting whatever must be done. Setting up deadline is a great example to it.
- Creating Playbooks in your business: A concept in creating financial goals for your business and backing into what your play is gonna be to get there. Using things that consistently work for you that you’ve got proven traffic and proven conversions on, so that in any time when you are building your marketing plans for the next month, you’ve got proven plays. More to it will be thoroughly demonstrated on next weeks call.

The topics covered in this session are:
- Repurposing content – Understanding the difference between Publishing vs. Writing. Making use of existing content that you have to be repurposed into a valuable lead generation.
- Finding resources for creating content – Saves enough time and effort that will ultimately generate revenue for your business. Upwork is a good platform where you can research and look for people that will create content for you.
- David and Jen talked about a new project they were working on and how they are going to outsource 90% of the setup work. One of the key thing in doing it boils down to “Automation” – this is where you can get a ton of time and freedom to yourself
- Jen addressed the question of fellow Insider Marilyn, posted via the private Facebook group – Offering value all the time to people on your list which gives them a reason to opt back in and to get them re-engaged. A good strategy then is to set a deadline on yourself when you are trying to communicate with your list or creating a campaign on a fly.
- Jen will be attending a Mastermind event in Phoenix,AZ next week and looking forward to sharing with everyone the strategic planning techniques she will learn from it. Attending to small groups like this is very important in the growth of your business.
