We’ve asked Tameaka to present this to our group as her first “dry run” before she takes this webinar live. Both she and I would appreciate your support.
Tameaka told me her goal is to: “Let people hear from a black professional’s Human Resources perspective. She wants to help people maneuver employment law and talk through the issues in a safe space.“
If you don’t know Tameaka personally, she’s the owner of Employ and Relate, an HR Consulting Firm, that works with small businesses guiding and developing their HR programs.
Realizing exposure and access has opened doors to things she may not have had otherwise, Tameaka always looks for ways to share and teach others what she’s learned.
Tameaka is not simply known as a Human Resources Professional; Tameaka is considered a human resource.
Tameaka brings her Bachelors in Business/HR, a Masters in Elementary Education and Curriculum and a Masters certificate in Adult Education along with her wealth of HR knowledge to the table helping her clients navigate these incredibly difficult times.
