Day 3
Create Your Lead Magnet Thank You Sequence
Write a short 3–5 part thank you sequence that continues the conversation from your lead magnet or entry-point product and leads toward your core offer.
Task Prompt for today:
Act like a funnel strategist and story-based email copywriter. I want to create a 3–5 email Thank You Sequence for a lead magnet called: [INSERT NAME + SHORT DESCRIPTION].
Ask me the following questions first:
– What is the title and purpose of the lead magnet?
– Who is it designed to help, and what problem does it solve?
– What is the next logical step for the person who signed up for this?
– What product, offer, or membership does this lead into? (Include a link.)
– What objections or questions do people usually have about that product or next step?
– What tone or voice should the emails be written in?
– Can you upload the lead magnet for my full review?
Once I provide those answers:
1. Create an email sequence outline (3–5 emails) with a subject line and one-sentence purpose for each.
2. Then write the full email copy using these standards:
– Each email should be at least 400–500 words
– Start with a hook, story, or relevant scenario
– Highlight a pain point and connect it to the value of the freebie
– Gradually lead the reader toward the product or offer
– End the final email with a CTA to take the next step
– Include preview text and a clear CTA if relevant in each email
– Format with simple paragraphs and natural voice, not corporate or generic using the persona I’ve told you to use.
