Day 6 / Offer Map
Outline the Core Deliverables of Your Offer
Time to turn your idea into something real.
Today, you’ll map out exactly what your offer includes — not in theory, but in plain, deliverable pieces.
You’ll define what your customer gets, how it’s delivered, and what happens after they buy. Whether it’s a mini course, a service, a PDF, or something else — we want the skeleton on the page.
You’ll also choose how it will be delivered (email, Google Drive, Notion, Zoom call, etc.) so you’re not stuck figuring that out later.
This outline becomes your build plan — and your offer checklist.
Task Prompt for Today:
Act as a digital product designer. Use the Product Map I’ve attached [INSERT PRODUCT MAP HERE] and guide me through this in 3 parts:
Step 1: Break Down the Promise
Look at my transformation statement and benefits. Identify:
– What steps, tools, or sections must be included
– What’s essential vs. what can be trimmed
Step 2: Create the Core Structure
Now turn that into a basic outline or list of deliverables. Use the right format:
– PDF Guide: 5-part structure
– Checklist: 3–5 grouped sections
– Workshop/Video: Agenda
– Service: Steps or items included
Step 3: Format the Product Map
Deliver a snapshot like this:
PRODUCT MAP
– Product title
– Format
– Delivery type
– Core deliverables
Execution:
Deliver this in a downloadable format (Google Doc or Word file).”
Resources:
A complete Product Map that includes:
– A list of deliverables included in the offer
– Format and delivery method for each item
– Optional visual or written flow from sale to delivery
