Day 11 / Lead Magnet Strategy
Choose a Lead Magnet That Leads Directly to Your Offer
Lead magnets aren’t freebies. They’re bridges.
Today, you’ll choose or refine a lead magnet idea that naturally leads to your paid offer — not a random freebie.
A strong lead magnet solves a smaller version of your main offer’s problem, attracts the same audience, and makes your offer the next logical step.
Task Prompt for Today:
My lead magnet should naturally lead to my paid product — and be simple enough to finish in one sitting.
Use the Product I’ve already built [INSERT PRODUCT SNAPSHOT OR DELIVERY LINK HERE] and guide me through this in 3 parts:
Step 1: Decide the Lead Magnet’s Role + Format
Look at what my product solves. Based on that, recommend 3 types of lead magnets that would:
– Preview the paid solution
– Help the audience make a quick win
– Create a natural handoff to the full offer
Example formats:
– 1-page checklist
– Quick-start mini guide
– Simple template
– Sample or excerpt from the main product
– Short video or walkthrough
Once I choose one, confirm:
– Working title
– Target audience
– What it helps them do
– What format it will be delivered in (PDF, video, checklist, etc.)
Step 2: Write the Full Content Using AI
Use my outline to help me generate the full content for the lead magnet.
Include:
– A quick intro
– 2–4 short sections or action steps
– Light explanation or guidance
– A short pitch or teaser for the full product at the end
Do not include design. Just structure the complete written content in a format I can paste into Google Docs, Canva, or any builder.
Step 3: Format a Build Plan
Summarize everything I’ll need to finish the magnet:
– Final title
– What platform I’ll use to build it (Google Docs, Canva, Loom, etc.)
– Notes on any visuals I’ll add
– Where I plan to upload it when it’s done (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Execution:
Deliver everything in a Lead Magnet Prep Snapshot like this:
