Day 8
Plan & Write an Evergreen Email Sequence That Promotes Your Affiliate Offer
Today, you’re creating a short evergreen email sequence that promotes your affiliate product consistently and intentionally. This isn’t one-and-done. It’s a reusable, automated sequence that can run every 30, 60, or 90 days with zero extra effort. You’ll also make sure your bonus is included to create urgency in an otherwise non-urgent campaign.
Task Prompt for today:
Based on the affiliate product and bonus we’ve already discussed, help me plan and write a 3–5 part evergreen email sequence that runs on automation.
Ask me the following setup questions before creating the sequence:
1. What is the core problem this product solves for my audience?
2. What transformation or benefit should I emphasize across the sequence?
3. What bonus am I including, and what makes it valuable?
4. How often do I plan to run this campaign? (Monthly, quarterly, etc.)
Then:
Step 1: Create a Sequence Outline
Provide:
– Email number
– Subject line
– One-sentence purpose or angle
– Suggested focus (story, benefit, myth, objection, bonus reminder, etc.)
Step 2: Ask me to review and approve the outline before continuing.
Step 3: After outline approval, write Email #1 only, following these rules:
– Each email should be 400–500 words minimum
– Start with a story, personal note, or relatable hook
– Highlight the problem, show empathy, and introduce the solution naturally
– Tie the affiliate product to a clear outcome, not just a feature
– Mention the bonus as a reason to act sooner
– Include a strong but casual CTA in each message
Step 4: Ask me to review and approve Email #1.
Step 5: Once approved, write the remaining emails in the series using the same format and structure.
Final Prompt: Bundle all of the emails into a TXT File or Word Document. Include all of the emails exactly how I approved and locked them. Do not deviate from what I approved.
