Day 22
Audit Your Funnel, Products, and Customer Journey Before Making Changes
Today you’ll take a detailed look at your current funnel, offers, and customer path without rushing to change anything. The goal is to spot where people are dropping off, where you’re losing potential sales, and where a better funnel flow could add revenue without adding pressure. Good funnels guide people logically to the next best step. Bad funnels make people feel tricked. You’re building the first kind.
Task Prompt for today:
Help me audit my existing products and funnel path so I can identify weak spots before making any changes.
Ask me:
– What are all the products, bonuses, or services I currently offer?
– What’s the current customer path from first opt-in to final offer? (List each step.)
– What lead magnets, tripwires, core offers, and upsells/downsells are in place now?
– Where do I see major drop-offs or low conversions? (pages, emails, offers?)
– Which products or pages have no next step? (dead ends)
Then:
– Create a simple text map or chart of my existing funnel
– Highlight:
– Where the flow feels disconnected
– Where no upsell, bump, or follow-up is offered
– Where the messaging might be confusing
– Summarize key opportunities:
– Easy revenue wins (add an order bump?)
– Congruency fixes (better upsell or downsell positioning?)
– Visibility issues (pages that aren’t getting enough traffic)
