Turn Your Blog or Podcast Into Traffic-Driving Promo Content
Today’s task is all about promotion. You’ll repurpose your blog post or podcast episode into a story-driven email and a set of social posts that drive traffic back to your content. You’ll create an email that encourages clicks (not summarizes), and generate social-friendly snippets and visuals. You’ll also be introduced to Gamma for creating carousel posts or faceless video scripts to upload into Canva and schedule out. This step is about visibility, not starting from scratch.
Task Prompt for today:
Help me create promotional content that drives traffic to my latest blog post or podcast episode.
Ask me:
1. What is the title and link to the full content I want to promote?
2. What offer, lead magnet, or CTA (if any) should I include in the promo?
3. What platforms do I want to share this on? (Email, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Then:
– Write a 300–500 word email that tells a short story, introduces the pain point or topic, and links to the full content (don’t summarize everything in the email)
– Give me 2–3 short social media posts that hook the reader and invite them to click or comment
– Generate a short, punchy script that can be dropped into Gamma to create a carousel or reel
– Recommend I brand the cards using Canva and schedule them on my preferred platform
– Add optional CTA variations for each post format
