Unlock Time, Multiply Income, and Create a Business That Runs on Autopilot
Day 1
Outline Your Welcome/Indoctrination Sequence
Create a strategic, story-driven email sequence outline that introduces new subscribers to your brand and builds trust. The sequence should reflect your voice, showcase high-performing content, and set the tone for your list.
Task Prompt for today:
Act like a senior email strategist and copywriter. I want to create a 5–7 part Welcome/Indoctrination Sequence for new subscribers to my email list.
Before you build the outline, ask me the following questions:
– What is your business about, and who do you serve?
– What is your core offer or membership? (Include a link to the sales page.)
– How often do you send emails? (Daily, weekly, etc.)
– What’s your brand tone? (Casual, bold, direct, warm, etc.)
– What content has performed best with your audience?
(Share links to blog posts, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, or social posts with high engagement—comments, likes, shares, saves, replies—not just personal favorites.)
– What’s your origin story or core brand values that subscribers should know?
Once I provide answers, create a 5–7 email sequence outline that:
– Is story-driven and structured for connection
– Highlights high-performing content to build credibility
– Is at least 500 words per email when written
– Includes pain points and desired outcomes where relevant
– Builds toward a soft pitch of my core offer in the final email
For each email in the outline, include:
– A working subject line
– A one-sentence purpose
– A short description of what story, tip, or outcome it will focus on
– Suggestions for where to add a CTA, question, or content link
