2. I’ve been watching the posts in the group this week and I’ve decided we’re going to start doing Accountability Thursday at least 1 day per month. Today will be the first.

It’s video marketing month… and well, I’m not the video marketing master. David is. But he’s in Europe.

BUT, as a new video creator and marketer, I am going to talk about some things I’ve been learning about getting over my fear of doing sales videos, some tips on making things a bit easier for myself and some tools I’ve found that have really helped speed up my production time.

This is the last day of our outsourcing challenge.

Here’s what we’re gonna focus on:

1. Outsourcing with tools – what are those tools?
2. Outsourcing with people – how to determine what you can and can’t afford. I’m going to breakdown a couple of my positions and what I pay for those so you can see how inexpensive it can be for the amount of work you get.

Then we want to spend the last half talking to you. Are you trying to write a project description and feel stuck? Are you trying to figure out how to determine exactly what you need?
