Don’t get bogged down…

One of my favorite books is The Goal by by Eliyahu M. Goldratt.

This book is about bottlenecks in manufacturing. And it’s written as a novel.

The message is clear. This is a game of whack-a-mole. You know: one bottleneck appears and another one is revealed.

The key is to keep knocking them down and making your processes ever more efficient.

Too many folks just get frustrated and quit though. The key to getting your Execution Plan completed is to NOT get bogged down in bottlenecks. Just remember to attack them one at a time.

And as our friend, Lifetime NAMS Insider Art Remnet always says, “Forward, ever forward…”
